how it works

This is how the lizzyloves...Selling process works. Notice how YOU, the customer only have two things to do... WE take care of the rest.

1. YOU decide what goods you want to sell (please bear in mind that any single item must have a second hand value of at least £50.00.
If you have any doubt, then please talk to us).


2. YOU get in touch with us. There are a number of ways to contact us, which are all listed on the 'get in touch' page. Please have details of items you wish to sell.

3. WE agree on a suitable time for a Lizzy Loves representative to visit you to collect the goods and also take an inventory of items, gather information, and discuss pricing strategy. For larger items, we will take photographs on site.

4. WE then take the items we have agreed to sell and safely store them.

5. WE carry out further research as required.

WE professionally photograph your items in our studio.

7. WE write a clear and informative description for use on the internet sales sites.

8. WE then advertise each item, choosing the best day of the week and the best time.

9. WE then send you an email with a link that will take you straight to the page where your item is being advertised.

10. WE take and answer all questions and any queries from any potential buyers.

11. WE take secure payment for all items.

12. WE securely package and post the items sold. For larger items we may arrange for a courier or the buyer may wish to collect, in all circumstances you will be kept informed.

13. WE send you a cheque or make a bank transfer to you, whichever you prefer. This amount will depend on what your item sells for (all our prices/fee's are detailed in the fee's/faq's section).

14. YOU are pleasantly surprised!
