You gather your ironing and place it in a bag (this will be transferred to one of ours on pick up). Call, text or email us to arrange a convenient time to collect your ironing. We then collect your ironing, weigh it and give you a ticket detailing the price. We then inspect all items for any damage/marks/stains. These items will be noted and returned unironed. We then iron your items to your specification. Once the ironing is complete and quality checked, we then deliver it back at your requested time and take payment.
